🧬 ZYHMG 150IU Injection – Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) for Fertility Support

ZYHMG 150 IU is a purified preparation of Human Menopausal Gonadotropin (HMG) containing equal proportions of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) activity. It is used in fertility treatments to stimulate the development of ovarian follicles in women undergoing assisted reproductive techniques such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and to support spermatogenesis in men with hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.

This injectable formulation is indicated for:

• Women with anovulation who do not respond to clomiphene citrate

• Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology)

• Men with secondary hypogonadotropic hypogonadism to induce sperm production

ZYHMG is administered via intramuscular injection under the supervision of a fertility specialist. Dosage and duration are determined individually based on ovarian response, monitored via ultrasound and hormone testing.

Common side effects may include bloating, ovarian enlargement, mild abdominal pain, or breast tenderness. In rare cases, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) or multiple pregnancies may occur.
